“I would like to thank your Security Guard who responded to our emergency when our gardener had a fit and fell into our swimming pool at the bottom of the deep end. The guard was here in about 2 minutes and immediately summoned ambulances who managed to revive and get him to Northdale Hospital. We think our gardner will be okay thanks to the quick response and quick thinking of your guard. Please thank him for us.”
