KSS Incidents 1-17 April 2026
Dear KSS Clients
In the last week KSS has attended to three vacant properties that have been vandalized.
Vacant properties and homes currently on the market that are empty without alarm systems, are increasingly being targeted by opportunistic criminals.
It is essential that these properties are properly secured at all times. This includes ensuring alarm systems are installed, active, and linked to a reliable response service, as well as maintaining good perimeter security such as locked gates, secure doors, and adequate outdoor lighting.
Regular checks on the property are also strongly recommended. Taking these precautions not only helps protect valuable assets like appliances, fittings, and copper piping, but also reduces the risk of illegal occupation or vandalism.
Contact us today to see how we can properly secure your vacant properties.
